Vård- & OmsorgscollegE
In collaboration with Prime Weber Shandwick, we created a campaign to ignite interest in healthcare careers within the Örebro Region and attract young people to consider healthcare studies at high school and preparatory levels.
Our team produced a film that conveys an intense sense of presence, designed to feel genuine, documentary-like, and hopeful. We focused on portraying the values of community and meaningful purpose, building a visual language that brings viewers close to the human experience through hand-held, dynamic camerawork.
To capture a sense of freedom, we embraced natural elements: warm autumn sunlight on a face, the wind as someone cycles through the city, and the beauty of the surrounding landscape. This honest, flowing visual style allowed us to highlight real moments of connection. We were unafraid to position the camera low to capture shadows, shoot directly into sunlight, or zoom in tightly on a face or hands—creating an engaging rhythm and energy that drove the film forward.
Community shines through in the visuals as we capture people close to one another, whether chatting in hallways or studying together, as well as interactions between healthcare workers and patients. Each shot underscores the connection and camaraderie at the heart of healthcare work.
The soundtrack was equally impactful, carrying a sense of hope and momentum that brought energy to the editing pace. At moments, the music allowed for slower pauses to let scenes breathe before picking up speed again, creating a balanced rhythm that resonates with viewers and leaves a lasting impression.
This campaign film was crafted to authentically showcase healthcare as a rewarding path, inspiring young people to see themselves as part of a supportive, purpose-driven community.
