To enhance and renew the experience of Purakliniken’s digital channels, we created a series of high-quality and visually engaging films that highlight the clinic’s unique offerings and atmosphere. Focusing on Purakliniken’s two main areas – dentistry and aesthetic injections – we ensured that the films provided a comprehensive picture of the clinic’s expertise and brand.

By following the customers’ journey through the clinic, from the initial welcome in the waiting room to the meetings with specialists, we created an inviting and genuine feeling. Interviews and close-ups of the clinic’s doctors and experts reinforced the personal and professional nature of Purakliniken’s brand – a strategy aimed at making every customer feel seen and secure even before they visit the clinic.

The longer films were used on the website, providing an authentic sense of stepping into the clinic as a customer. Shorter films with graphics and text were specifically developed for social media to reach the target audience even when the sound is off. These 10-15 second clips were concise and focused on showcasing the clinic’s unique advantages in a quick and accessible manner.

These films gave Purakliniken a strong visual expression that not only reflects their expertise but also creates long-term credibility and appeal online.
